[html-formfu] HTML::FormFu::Validator::YAML

Hi,

I made a YAML validator for formfu fields for a project I'm working on, and I thought I would share it with you.

Attached is a patch with the validator, an updated I18N/en.pm, and a test.

I hope somebody can get some use out of it.
