[html-formfu] Debugging segmentation faults

Thanks for the quick response.

After a thorough read of my error log I also notice that an older Catalyst
application is shows similar behaviour.  Apologies if I pointed the finger.

I'll therefore do what you suggest and look at the apache issues.
