[html-formfu] Problems with HTML::FormFu::Element::Repeatable, DateTime and Checkboxgroup

I just checked out the svn version from 
http://html-formfu.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ (Revision 1479)
The selects for the datetime and the options for the checkboxgroup are 
still not displayed

Is that the right svn version?
