[html-formfu] exporting nested_name to ExtJS

Hi Moritz,

I would like to export the nested_name attribute of FieldSets and maybe Blocks 
to ExtJS, to gain the possiblity to work with fieldnames and repeatable 
repeatable elements.

Is that ok with you?
