It's finally done and working.

I tested the new code successfully against
- HTML-FormFu
- HTML-FormFu-Model-DBIC
- Catalyst-Controller-HTML-FormFu
- HTML-FormFu-ExtJS
- CatalystX-Controller-ExtJS
