[html-formfu] HTML-FormFu-ExtJS & CatalystX-Controller-ExtJS moved to github

The HTML-FormFu-ExtJS and CatalystX-Controller-ExtJS
repositories have been imported into github and deleted from the googlecode svn.

The URLs are:
http://github.com/monken/html-formfu-extjs/tree/master
http://github.com/monken/catalystx-extjs/tree/master
Note that there's currently a problem with github, meaning the
HTML-FormFu-ExtJS webpage isn't updating, so you can't see the files /
history there - but if you clone the repos, it works just fine - a
ticket has been opened for the problem, so hopefully it'll be fixed
soon.

The projects are owned by Moritz Onken (monken), so I'm not sure at
the moment whether he'd prefer to give people direct commit access, or
for people to clone it and send pull requests.

The remaining formfu project will hopefully be migrated to github
within the next couple weeks.
