[html-formfu] A new element

Hi Ben,

I can't see any problems with this.
Because it's database-specific, I think I'd prefer it released as a
stand-alone distribution, rather than core.

I already think FormFu's core is rather bloated, and anyone using
HTML::FormFu::Preload has to pay a RAM cost for every new module
that's included in core.
