[html-formfu] HTMLScrubber filter

Hi,

Currently the HTMLScrubber filter only supports the allow parameter
to HTML::Scrubber.

I'd like to extend it to support all the parameters:-
  default
  comment
  script
  process
  allow
  rules

Are there any problems with me making this change?
