[Html-widget] themes for various layouts for default rendering

There's an example stylesheet in the distribution, though I haven't
looked at it myself to see what it does,

There are also several examples of using css to style forms here,
though I haven't tried them out with H::W,

1 or 2 more example css files demonstrating different themes would be
a nice addition.
