[Html-widget] strange error with HTMLEscape filter when installing latest from CPAN

So it's safe for me to force install then?

Seems this could be the root cause of some of the
other failed tests I'm suddenly getting in my install
script.  I'm getting weird errors in a bunch of
xml/html type packages.  I'll guess I see if they are
using HTML::Element somewhere.
