[Html-widget] empty list of selected options for HTML::Widget::Element::Select

Hi,

Currently HTML::Widget::Element::Select does not accept as valid a query
with an empty list of selected options (for a multiple select).

Wouldn't it be usefull, for deleting items from a list, to accept an empty
list?
