[Html-widget] Constraint that checks several fields.

Hi.

I have a widget, where a constraint on one Textfield is that it should be
an integer and the integer is not allowed to be larger than the length of
a string in a textarea in the same widget.

Is it possible to compose a constraint that checks in this manner?

I tried to look at Callback, but is seems that Callback only operates on
one field at a time.
