I opened it up in safari, and most of it looks ok, appart from the  
second and third fieldset which gets
messed up somewhat.


The names of the IDs and classes are more sane to me than those of  
HTML::Widget at least.

It would be cool if the default was properly indented with an option  
to set the indent style (tabs/space & how many).

other than that it looks good :)
