[MojoMojo] Syntax change for the RSS and Include plugins

As part of the move towards a 1.0 release, we've adopted a uniform
syntax for page and feed inclusion. The new syntax is:

{{include <url>}}

{{feed <url>}}

The change went in effect as of [commit c1bda6][1] and will be
included in the next CPAN release.

We expect these plugins to be rarely used at the moment, but please
make sure to update any affected wiki pages when upgrading your
MojoMojo installation.
