[MojoMojo] Wrong Content-Length exception on large attachment upload under mod_fastcgi

I wonder if this sounds familiar to anyone:

Certain large files seem resistant to uploading as attachments under
MojoMojo-0.999042, while other work ok.

Running under apache/mod_fastcgi (external fastcgi server
configuration).

Here, standard, not flash uploader and a pdf attachment of size 3751492
as reported by file system.

Server logs:

[Sat Feb 06 15:33:57 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] FastCGI: server "/tmp/wiki.fcgi" stderr: [error] Caught exception in engine "Wrong Content-Length value: 3751943", referer: http://wiki:3000/outline.attachments?plain=1
[Sat Feb 06 15:33:57 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server "/tmp/wiki.fcgi", referer: http://wiki:3000/outline.attachments?plain=1

Thought this might be the fastcgi Content-Length error under
apache mod_deflate, see:

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libapache-mod-fastcgi/+bug/381384

but running without mod_deflate did not fix it.

Uploading works for another pdf of size 2815819.

Uploading fails for another pdf of size 3767440.

Thank you so much.
