Another week, another hack event.

Open Data Manchester and FutureEverything are involved with organising this
hack day on the 17th November at MadLab in Manchester if anyone fancies it.

It is the first time Manchester City Council have done anything like this
and hopefully it won't be the last. The prizes are fairly decent and it is
a precursor to larger events next March if all goes well.
