Number::Phone 3.3000 is now on its way to the CPAN.

Changes include:

* added an is_drama() method so you can tell if a number is reserved
   for use in fiction;
* NANP modules know about is_tollfree, is_specialrate and is_personal;
* bug fixes for weird edge cases where a country uses part of another
   country's number range, eg Kazakhstan
* minor doco and code coverage improvements
* data updates

The next release will be around about the beginning of March 2017 unless
any serious bugs are reported and fixed before then.

"IMO, the primary historical significance of Unix is that it marks the
time in computer history where CPUs became so cheap that it was possible
to build an operating system without adult supervision."
