[Number-phone] Number::Phone 3.4006 released to the CPAN

In that window over there --> version 3.4006 of Number::Phone is 
uploading to the CPAN, so you can expect to see it on your friendly 
neighbourhood mirror soon.

There is only one functional change in this release, that being a small 
new feature. It's almost all data updates.

   Expose libphonenumber's IDD prefix regexes
     (see https://github.com/DrHyde/perl-modules-Number-Phone/pull/89);
   New NANP area codes for Jamaica and Canada;
   Other data updates
