[OSUNIX-dev] Quick help jumpstarting a node

I was trying to help someone on irc and hit a tough bump with the node 
he's trying to jumpstart won't redirect the serial console correctly and 
doesn't seem to drop to kmdb..

I don't see anything obvious, but if anyone has any spare cycles to help
