[Perl-org-patches] Links + Translation + lists.

Hi,

Just as as a heads up...

I've linked to Eric's tutorials from learn.perl.org/tutorials/

I've add the Google translation gadget to all perl.org sites in the new
style (bottom right of every page).

I've got a patch in to TT::Plugin::JSON to get going on list.perl.org, which
should be live in a day or so. I can then use the data Shlomi has kindly
collated to put this all together.

There are various other things happening as well, once firmed up I'll
mention here.
