[Perl-org-patches] dev.perl.org/perl6: Update FAQ and code.html

Hi,

the attached patch removes many outdated paragraphs, partly replacing
them by links to pages which are kept up-to-date much more regularly,
partly replacing them with the current answers.

Also adds two new pieces to the list of Perl 6 features.
