[Perl-org-patches] learn.perl.org - quick cleanup and the future...

Hi,

I've done a general clean up of http://learn.perl.org/, hopefully making it
a bit more appealing - let me know if there are any major errors.

As I mentioned, a plan is forming... but it's actually now quite a big plan
and before getting too many people involved we want to make a proof of
concept to demonstrate how it could work. For this to happen there are a
couple of other steps we need to get sorted, so as soon as we have something
I'll let you know.
