I said I don't want an IRC channel -yet-.

I am, as yet, waiting to see if the email only people I've invited (notably
JJ, the perldoc.perl.org maintainer, who I'm really hoping to see involved)
are actually planning to do anything.

If it turns out all the active people are on IRC, then I'm not overly
troubled by having a channel, providing we make sure to post updates to
the list so any future potential contributors who're mail only still know
it's an acceptable way to discuss patches.

For the moment, however, I'm comfortable with just having the list - it's
early days yet and we're a small group, and having a single location for
discussion is more important.
