Ah, that was an artifact from earlier usage.  You never need to deal 
with a config file.  Fixed in svn.

There should probably be a --setup option which tries to just run git 
and svn for you.  Haven't gotten around to that, but I think it's 
probably easier to code it than to try any harder to steer people to 
the documentation.

I've never seen a program's --help message mention the manpage.
