[Perl-org-patches] [PATCH] adding links to other languages to perl.org

Hi

In the last few days I started to ask people to create pages
for Perl in various languages on the TPF wiki. The idea would
be to create a single welcome page for every language possible
with some content and links to the various Perl resources in that
language.

My hope is that we could put prominent links on www.perl.org
and on other places in the relevant languages to point to pages
in those languages. So when someone comes to www.perl.org
and reads only Korean, s/he will see a link in Korean leading to
a page which is also in Korean pointing to the various Perl
resources in Korean.

What do you think, how can this be done?

Can we add the list of the languages and the links
to the main page of www.perl.org to the left hand side similar
to what is on Wikipedia?

Other suggestions?

Attached is a patch for the www.perl.org source code that
show an example of what I mean.
