Hi,<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">2009/12/22 Shlomi Fish <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:shlomif@iglu.org.il">shlomif@iglu.org.il</a>></span><br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex;">

Looks very nice. The Google Translate feature seems to yield an error, but<br>
that may be caused with NoScript. I personally don't need this feature, but<br>
some people may find it useful.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Sure.</div><div> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex;">
<br>
I also see we missed:<br>
<br>
<a href="http://lists.perl.org/list/perl-beginner.html" target="_blank">http://lists.perl.org/list/perl-beginner.html</a><br>
<br>
It still uses the old <a href="http://egroups.com" target="_blank">egroups.com</a> URL, which should now be<br>
<a href="http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/perl-beginner/" target="_blank">http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/perl-beginner/</a> .<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>I'll fix - but obviously patches to are better in future :)</div>
<div> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex;">
<div class="im">I see the JSON file is at: <a href="http://lists.perl.org/data.html" target="_blank">http://lists.perl.org/data.html</a></div>
<br>
Now the question is what do we do about the duality between lists.json and the<br>
mailing list information on the Perl 5 Wiki . Should we still try to sync<br>
future changes from the wiki into the JSON? Should we just maintain the JSON<br>
and let the information on the wiki be hand-synced or rot? Should we aggregate<br>
information from lists.json into the wiki?<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Now that it is easier to maintain and patch (being JSON not a DB), I'd suggest add a link on the wiki pointing to <a href="http://lists.perl.org/">http://lists.perl.org/</a> and either flag the rest of the content as out of date or delete it. But I'll leave this to someone else to make the final call on, although I guess being a wiki anyone can do that :)</div>
<div><br></div><div>Cheers</div><div><br></div><div>Leo</div></div>
