[Xml-compile] XML::Compile::SOAP::Server namespace usage

The namespaces are picked from the WSDL, so anything what you
declare there is acceptable.  The namespace is an inseparable part
of name of the elements.

Tunable = change WSDL.
Are we talking about document style soap or RPC?
