[Xml-compile] Where is X::C::S::Tester::fromWSDL ???

Since there is XML::Compile::SOAP::Server to create a real
server, I do not use the ::Tester for that purpose anymore.
The fromWSDL() was probably removed with the 2.*.  I will
have a look at it asap.
