One more buglet:

In SOAP/Daemon.pm's operationsFromWSDL{} default handler it uses
$self->makeResponse() without the $request as a first parameter (which seems
to be mandatory from my reading of SOAP/HTTPDaemon.pm's makeResponse{}.
