[Xml-compile] Multiple problems with X::C::WSDL11

You can always put that doc in a separate definitions/types/schema block.

Well, that's the problem of those applications.
XML::Compile::WSDL11 uses the wsdl schema to interpret the wsdl file.
Hence, it follows the standard strictly (as everyone should do)
