[Xml-compile] WSDL generation with Perl?

The best place to look for answers is search.cpan.org.  A few modules
which may fulfil your needs (I have no experience with them):

   Pod::WSDL
   WSDL::Generator
   WSDL::Compile
   idl2wsdl
    ...probably more...
