[Xml-compile] restarting a server and https connections

Hi,

I am trying to start a simple soap server for which I have a wsdl file using
Xml::compile::soap.
I've gone through the examples and they were extremely helpful in getting
started.
I have two simple questions:

1) How do I restart a server to make changes to it?

2) Is there currently any support for secure connections via https?
Net::Server has a module Net::SSLeay that is supposed to handle secure
connections but from what I've read it is buggy. Has anybody integrated this
with xml::compile::soap into a soap server?
