[Xml-compile] XML::Compile::SOAP::Daemon 3.00

Hi,

I have released a major rewrite of XML::Compile::SOAP::Daemon, mainly
trigger by Patrick Powell, who implemented a CGI.pm connector. This
requires some reshuffle of the code.

At the same time, I corrected a horrible mis-naming. The module
XML::Compile::SOAP::HTTPDaemon had nothing to do with HTTP::Daemon.
So: that module got renamed into ::Daemon::NetServer, because it is
based on Net::Server. The old name will (with warning) continue to
work for some time.

Please try it.

  version 3.00: Fri Apr 15 11:22:41 CEST 2011

   Changes:
        - major reorganisation. ::HTTPDaemon split into ::Daemon::LWPutil
          and ::Daemon::NetServer.

   Improvements:
        - added ::Daemon::CGI, rewrite from contribution by [Patrick Powell]
        - add setWsdlResponse() to answer ?WSDL "GET" requests.
          Feature request by [Mark Wood-Patrick]
