[Xml-compile] downloadDocument method ... related

Hello All,

I would like to ask you a question regarding the cpan module
XML::eXistDB::RPC (
http://search.cpan.org/~markov/XML-ExistDB-0.11/lib/XML/eXistDB/RPC.pod#Dow=
nload_documents
).

Specifically, I would like to use the *downloadDocument*(RESOURCE, FORMAT)
function,
in order to retrieve the resource (.xml file stored in the eXist-db) and
download-save it in the hard disk (as .xml).

But, I don't know what the FORMAT argument actually is.
Could you please provide any info, or better an example of its usage ?
