[Xml-compile] error parsing WSDL (smaller send)

I see that you asked perlmonks.  This address doesn't work for me.
Please send me the WSDL and XSD.

I have not encountered this kind of errors yet.  Please tell me
the version of XML::Compile, XML::libXML and the libxml2 library.
(shown when "make test" is run)  Does it pass all the tests during
installation?
