[Xml-compile] New releases XML::Compile and XML::Compile::Cache

Just uploaded new releases with various fixes and extensions,
discussed on this list in the previous weeks.

XML::Compile version 1.27: Fri Aug 31 00:26:13 CEST 2012

        Fixes:

        - Nillable in combination with empty complexTypes.
          Reported by [Graeme Stewart]

        Improvements:

        - use [0-9], not \d in regexes for types.

        - writer: added explanation and example for complexType/singleContent
          use with single value, not HASH.  Suggested by
          rt.cpan.org#79270 [Karen Etheridge]

        - changed implementation of XML::Compile::Schema::Namespaces
          autoexpand_xsi_type()


XML::Compile::Cache version 0.992: Fri Aug 31 00:25:48 CEST 2012

        Improvements:

        - support xsiType() with 'AUTO', discovered by [Ciaran Deignan]

        - remove dependency to Test::POD

XML::Compile::WSS version 0.90: Thu Aug 30 09:21:56 CEST 2012

        - add support for wsseTimestamp and extended Usertoken, with
          examples/usertoken/with_help_digest.pl, and t/11digest.t.
