[Xml-compile] Logging and WSDL url

I've done a little more digging on the mime type issue and though my dev
reading my service was able to work around it I'm not sure that a type of
application/wsdl+xml is right.

That appears to be a Soap 1.2 response where as I'm using
XML::Compile::SOAP11 and I think the response should be text/xml.

Is that right?
