[Xml-compile] Error finding data element in response

They recently added that field. Looks like they forgot to add it to
the WSDL. I'm kicking myself for not keying in on it.

I believe the ver=1.1 refers to the WSDL/SOAP 1.1. All new versions
have been published with the same ver=1.1.
