[Bignum] bigint patches, bignum mailing-list

Hey guys,

Math::BigInt{,::FastCalc} are now finally synced back from the perl core
and released to CPAN as 1.97 and 0.24. Also I've started on applying
some of Peter's patches.

One of them is still open though: `RT ticket #43694: as_int/as_number
lose precision' (0a84c2), which fails tests because of what I think are
bad plans. Someone looking into that would be appreciated a lot.


Also, FWIW, I set up a mailing-list for
bignum/bigint/bigwhatever-related discussions. It's at
bignum at lists.scsys.co.uk and can subscribe at
http://lists.scsys.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/bignum

Please subscribe if you think that'd be useful. Personally, I'd love for
pull request and similar things that require discussion to be sent
there, so they're both in a public and searchable place, and so it's
easy to have things around while working offline, which I do a lot, and
which is made quite hard by github pull requests.

Feel free to ignore that it if you don't like mailing-lists or prefer
the tools github gives us.
