[Catalyst-dev] Patch: Cookbook recipe for testing with authentication

Hello all,

I've attached a Cookbook patch for setting up a simple storage backend
for authentication in tests, so it's not necessary to modify the
DB/set up a new test DB. Let me know how it looks.
