The basic premise on the last two is that "MyApp"s are usuall just a
directory of crap people run rather than 'make install', and there's no
good seperation for things like Mango between the users app, and the
mango code.

So, make install installs all modules, and templates/forms into the
Mango auto share directory in perl. A MyApp is really mostly empty
subclases that use the core modules, and the templates from share.

You can override the templates by putting your versions in MyApp/root.

This just meant that one can update Mango, and not have to merge crap in
with your local MyApp.

Nothing terribly new... just a lot of head scratching in the beginning
when I first started.
