Funnily enough I released a new Manual dist this weekend with some  
minimal changes to reflect the out of date bits.

These are:

1.  Authentication.  All I did here was point to a tarball of a  
simple app using the new auth framework.  I didn't do anything to the  
Authorization page although this might need minor attention.

2.   The Html::Widget page.  I put a warning at the top of this page,  
pointing to a HTML::FormFu example and making a plug for the book for  
a FormBuilder example.
