[Catalyst-dev] Doc patch for Catalyst -Debug

Hi,

attached is a doc patch against Catalyst-Runtime/5.80/trunk
r12739 clarifying that adding the -Debug flag also sets the log level to 
'debug' while declaring a sub debug { 1 } does not.
