[Catalyst] CGI::Untaint::printable for non-latin character sets

Hi,
I've used CGI::Untaint::printable in the past to deal with text entry boxes,
however it does not recognise foreign characters as printable text (entered
via Unicode-aware forms).

Do you have any suggestions of an alternative to use?
