[Catalyst] Catalyst, Firefox and SVG

Firefox is a stickler for MIME types, and the latest version of 
MIME::Types does not include one for svg.  You will have to set the type 
manually:

MyApp->config->{static}->{mime_types} = {
     svg => 'image/svg+xml',
};
