You're still showing no sings of actually having read the docs. If you want
to deploy under apache + mod_perl then you need to either

1) Learn how to configure the webserver
2) Find or pay somebody with a clue to do it for you

I'd suggest you start at http://httpd.apache.org/docs-project/ and do
some reading. Then move on to 'perldoc mod_perl' which will provide further
information. 

If you are unwilling to make the effort to gain a basic knowledge of the
tools at hand, no amount of whining to the list and posting half-assed
reports of your latest copy+paste failure is going to achieve anything except
to piss off people who would appily help you if you made even a bare
minimum of actual effort.
