Apparently, my duplicated plugin wasn't that bad after all, because
the current version (2.01) of CGI::Expand (a dependency of
Catalyst::Plugin::Params::Nested) fails to build under Win32.

So, I can't update the plugin just yet. I'll have to wait until
CGI::Expand's author fixes it. If it takes too long I might end up
rolling up my own dependency-free implementation.
