[Catalyst] "Can't locate object method "cache"... Cache::FileCache

also my peers are using apache1, whereas i'm using apache2.

I THINK i installed filecache correctly...

/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/Catalyst/Plugin/Cache$ ls
FileCache.pm

my peer also has it installed the same way.
