[Catalyst] Small patch for DBIx::Class::HTMLWidget

A bit uncertain as to what list this really belongs to, but the docs  
mention catalyst, and since I'm not on the DBIC list yet, it ends up  
here.

Anyways, I couldnt for the life of me get the Checkbox support to  
work, so I patched it a littlebit to atleast work for me.
