[Catalyst] Is Catalyst large enough to sustain a book?

IMO, the book can be branded Catalyst and cover everything in Task::Catalyst
which includes DBIC, TT and HW among other things. From a public relations
and marketing perspective, I think it should cover "All you need to start
with Catalyst" (Task::Catalyst tag line) and be branded Catalyst, not
Catalyst/$ORM.
